This 8-hour package is designed to give you focused, high-level support where it matters most. We take the time to understand your business inside and out, then translate that into a clear project scope built for success. Throughout the process, we keep you informed at every stage—so you never feel out of the loop, unsure, or wondering what’s happening behind the scenes.
From day one to delivery, you’ll have the expertise of our Shopify specialists to keep everything moving—on track, on time, and on budget.
IF YOU HAVE A RETAINER PACKAGE IT INCLUDES:
RETAINER PACKAGE: Website Updates & Maintenance: ONLY for customers who have Shopify websites.
- Content and graphic changes, product updates, platform or plugin updates and general web maintenance.
- Website Development: eg: Front-end and back-end website tasks.
- Graphic Design: eg: Promotional images, web banners, social media post design, T-shirt designs, etc.
- Digital Materials: eg: Social media graphics, blog banners, eBook covers, Gift Cards, etc
RETAINER PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Full Website Design: If you need a new website designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee.
- New Logo Design: If you need a new business, product, or logo designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee.
- Expenses: Services do not include additional costs like stock photography purchases, web hosting purchases and printing.
